Interview process is inconsistent. Somehow they manage to hire highly intelligent staff. However, the lack of planning leaves employees without guidance and changing expectations. Employees that do have technical knowledge are part of the interview process.

Interview
It was quick. I received a phone call from the recruiter who was very friendly in her approach. It made the experience very relaxing. Thereafter, I had 2 followup calls, then the interview.

There was a list of items that made up the role with expectations. It was very clear clear.
More inquisitive about my past and how I worked, including scenarios and what I did in those instances. Went away feeling positive about the experience.
