Plexal interview questions

Three rounds, chat with the COO for a 'fit' chat. People seemed decent and pleasant but then they rescinded the offer. The regional offices seem disconnected from the centre; and the way my process was handled was unprofessional and left a bitter taste at the end. I get that some people go fishing for staff and roles, but the disorganisation and poor communication left a lot to be desired.

Multiple stage interview. Initial call with HR, follow up with peers, final interview with hiring manager. Also included a task at the final interview stage. Was tasked to design an plan a programme under a specific brief they had set. Rough time to complete was about 2 hours
