I applied online and received mail from HR to fill one application. Then they scheduled my panel interview.The whole process took around 20 days. The interview was normal and took 30 mins. But they were looking who had QA work experience and a local candidate. Got a reject after 1 month.

Applied in the last week of October 2017. Got a call in two weeks. Interview consisted of two rounds. First was a technical phone screen. Asked basic questions based on my resume. Questions based on software testing. Second Round took place after one whole month. It was a webex interview. It consisted of a panel of three. Two senior engineers and the hiring manager. All three were cooperative and helpful. They expected optimized solutions for every question they asked. Overall a good experience but don't know why they rejected me.
