Initially applied online for their position at their Liverpool location then got offered a face to face interview just over a week later from the date I applied. Had an interview with a couple of tester leads, both very nice and welcoming guys who were engaged and interested in what I had to say. It was very casual feeling overall. This was followed by a 30 minute live test of Little Big Planet 3, idea is you look for bugs in the build and note down what the bug is, how to replicate it, ect, you get a sheet explaining how you should lay out these bugs. It should be noted that this is hand written, so if you're slow at writing be aware. A week later got an e-mail to say I didn't get an offer. Request for feedback has not been followed up on which is a shame but otherwise was a good experience.
