It was a positive and efficient interview, very direct and to the point. The conversation flowed smoothly, with a limited number of questions, making it focused, clear, and easy to follow throughout.
Step 1: A 15 minute Online interview with two employees asking your introduction , some basic questions regarding the job position, your past work experience and your skillset . Not very detailed.

There was a conversation about zoom in advance and then one in Hamburg. They were very open-minded and an innovative company. The questions focused primarily on behaviour within the team, dealing with failures and what makes a good employer.
