I had 2 x rounds of interviews. The first one was a generic HR interview and then another with the hiring manager who asked more situational judgement ‘tell me about a time when’ questions. It was good, there was some delays vs the initial timeline outlined by the recruiter but overall everything was clear.

Standard HR screening interview followed by 30 minute interview with the Hiring Manager. Following this I had 3x behavioural-focused interviews with various people across different teams I would have worked with. The questions weren't overly difficult just a lot of 'Give me an example of a time when...' Unfortunately, I got an email a few days after my final interview with a generic response saying they have gone with another candidate whose experience more closely matched the role. I would have expected more detailed feedback given I had made it to the final stage which was disappointing. The people I met all seemed very genuine and even with the Holiday period the process moved pretty fast with frequent updated from the hiring team.
