I applied online. I interviewed at Pinterest.

    Interview

Recruiter reached out -> Coding challenge -> 2 Phone Interviews
I only did one phone screen, was notified within the week that I wasn't moving forward.
Everyone is super nice and responsive, would love to apply again next round.

Company Updates

  • From intentional self-care programming to enhanced mental health benefits, Pinterest has been taking steps to empower employees with resources to do their best work and reorganize their lives to meet today's unprecedented needs. Our CHRO Jo Dennis reflects on the team's approach.

  • COVID-19

As we settle into our new normal, we are supporting our team members with useful resources and an open dialogue. This month, we launched Pintentions, a four-week, self-care initiative with a deliberate focus on Pinployees and their well being. Each week our leaders are sharing collated resources and best practices focused across four pillars: prioritizing, controlling, connecting and learning. The goal is to help employees simplify and streamline work while connecting in a meaningful way. We’re in this—and we’ll get through this—together.
