Phone screen with HR recruiter, then phone screen with hiring manager.
Then the brought me in to meet with both the same people, in addition to hiring manager's boss, and a couple of people from other departments
Average process with 4 to 7 rounds of interviews spanning behavioral and technical interviews with executive and engineering staff. Prepared with past experience and cleared easily. Get through a referral and inside contact to have a better shot in the process.

I saw the job description on LinkedIn and applied directly on the Pinterest website. Got an email from the recruiting partner within a week and scheduled the interview the following week.

Question 1
Chat with the recruiter who asked the usual interview questions, tell me about yourself, why Pinterest, any experience with working with overseas team (relevant to the role)
General questions about the management and how you handle the business in moments of stress. That's all. Also, you should explain other technical questions regarding the increase demand of work.
