Pinterest makes you complete a technical assessment in four hours ( which was incorrectly set up to test the wrong assumptions) and then a 1 hour karat interview solving as many medium leet code challenges as possible. Pinterest is more interested in hiring developers who are already skilled but who have low self esteem for their apprenticeship than hiring actual rising talent.
