Interview
I applied online and received email contact from the recruiter to setup a 20 minute phone screen. She was US based and lovely to talk to, very informative and positive. She told me on the spot that she’d be scheduling me in for a phone interview with a peer. The call was seamlessly scheduled with the help of an awesome coordinator, very casual and conversation based with a few questions about how I approach working with clients, and plenty of time for questions. The recruiter followed up 2 days later to schedule a round of onsite interviews and sent over a mess of a data set to analyse and create a client presentation with.
The onsite interviews were scheduled for 2 weeks later and somewhat more structured; I met with the country manager, a partner manager, and two account managers. One I had done my phone interview with, and the other was in the US (we met over the phone 2 days following my onsite). The analytical exercise was my weakest area, mostly because the material to work with was sparse. The office is very new to Australia and while everyone seemed whip smart, the operation felt immature and directionless.
I was disappointed to hear I was not chosen about 2 weeks after the onsite interviews. I was not given any feedback and got no response when I asked for some. The recruiter could not have been kinder or more appreciative in her email to me.

Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.

Interview
final round was very challenging - 6 people on call that were drilling in terms of challenging client questions. Up to then the other rounds were good. Ended up not getting the offer.

the first rounds including case study were smooth, however it took me very long for them to do the final decision, almost one month.
anything besides the final decision waiting time was great.
