I applied online and hear back within a week. The interview was relatively easy, she seemed really friendly and asked me generic interview questions about my background. Make sure to have knowledge of your background really well and apply it to the questions they ask. Also I remember they asked me about challenges I faces when working on an important project. So be sure to be very team oriented and be sure to remember past project experiences you had in school or in other places.
