I got an email from HR after applying to the job to schedule first interview. This interview was a phone interview with browser based notepad screen sharing on PC. When I received a phone call, I noticed that interview had heavy accent but if I was able to understand what they were saying after paying enough attention. I had to ask to repeat one question since I did not understand few words and they were fine about it. Interview lasted for 40 minutes where it was scheduled for one hour. I got rejection email on the next day.
