The process was poorly managed. I was sent preparation notes the day before a 2.5-hour interview, even though the invite had gone out four days earlier. That’s unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for a candidate’s time. The interviewers themselves were fine, but the overall experience left a bad taste, it felt rushed, disorganized, and inconsiderate.
