Pinnacle Wealth Management interview questions

Horrible interview experience which gave me an idea about the expected company’s culture. I Had a total of three interviews, last one was with the two owners. Never seen such a disrespect during an interview, even one of the owners left the interview in the middle of it claiming that he had an appointment or something to do. During the first half of the interview the same owner who left it, undermined my experience and talked as if I was a fresh graduate despite having 5 years experience working in the financial industry. Questions was so vague, they didn’t even bother to get back to me three weeks after my interview. Absolute waste of time and huge lack of respect. Im thankful it didnt go well cause frankly even if I received an offer I would put it down after that horrible experience with the owners. I can imagine if they treat candidates like this, how would it look like working for them. Btw, I was interviewed by big banks and mega companies and I never experienced such a bad one before. Definitely I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone I know.

The interview process was smooth. First round was with a member of the HR team, 2nd round on a zoom call and 3rd round in person at the office. I was treated more like a colleague rather than a candidate.
