If you love working 12 hours a day and work 6 days a week with a below average pay, this is the perfect job for you. Plus, spend your own money at work.
There are four rounds of interview and one round was held on Sunday. The interview is basically ask you the same questions in every stage. It is not hard though. The most concerning things from them are whether you can work overtime every single and expect to reply messages or call after non-working hours and expected to work on Sunday too (the title claim to work on Mon - Fri only).
They will only tell you the details of the position and the salary packages after all the interviews. Then, you will realize the company will not provide any working equipments (phone, laptop etc) and they expect you to bring your own equipments to work and install there applications into your equipments. Not to mention they do not have an office here in Hong Kong meaning you have to find a place on street to handle the paper works (because this position works on the street but they expect you to handle some paper works also). This is one of the strategy for them to offer you a lower pay.
They will ask you to fill up their online form during the interview process and the form will ask for your personal information and your family members including their names, jobs, working address, phone number... which I feel violated and weird for providing so much unnecessary information. And they will keep asking you why you are not providing your family's info, maybe the mainland have a lower awareness of personal information protection.
The most "funny"part is they will ask you to provide your salary proof and after you provide the document to them. The extremely unprofessional HR member "Miss Ciccy Zhang" will have "thousand of reasons" saying it does not fulfill their requirement and they can only give you a lower pay. Even though you explain everything to them and give out a proper reasons for a reasonable compensation "Miss Ciccy Zhang" will give out some bs reasons saying the company cannot provide any working equipments because they are lack of resources in Hong Kong and even saying spend thousands of dollars to buy a work phone and laptop is no big deal and a common practice. She said providing working equipments to the employees only happens in Foreign-Owned Enterprise. What a joke! Not to mention, they do not feel to pay you more to work for such a long working hours.
They are still post job ads online after months of my interview. I guess a normal person will not accept such unreasonable offer. If you love to waste your own time and effort, feel free to apply for the job, even take the offer. Good luck!
