Photon Senior Java Developer interview questions

The interview process began with an HR call, which set the stage by discussing my background, experiences, and aspirations. Following this, I had a technical interview. The interviewer maintained a calm and patient demeanor throughout, ensuring a comfortable and unhurried environment. Each question was asked thoughtfully, covering a balanced mix of both technical concepts and coding challenges.

There were two rounds L1 technical discussion and techno managerial round. Interview was easy . Qualified all rounds. HR agreed for expected CTC and said will release the offer letter and asked to share current CTC letter. After few day I called she gave the call to her manager and he said we will match existing CTC in current company. My current organisation in IBM, why would I switch to photon for same CTC . Wasted my time and effort.
