I was called for interview and they have sent me an email from their company to attend the interview with a proper schedule and venue and what all to bring as mandated documents required for the f2F Interview

Interview
Initially it will be a sourcing test post which two levels of interviews will be conducted follow through salary discussion. There is no scope for salary negotiation, it is usually one way communication when it comes to salary negotiation part.

They were asking me technical questions related to programming, which I found it to be not ideal i.e asking a technical question to a recruiter for the profiles sourced.
