2nd round: techincal question with lead and manager. A few questions were based on my project experience. Then they asked me to explain a concept

Process is very easy. They select resource without proper screening.As every time employees are leaving this organization. Questions are in basics and interviewer wants to take people who arenot so qualified.Because he wants to take revenge.
