The process was casual in a good way. Founders are real humans who want their company to succeed with the right talent. I had a total of 3 interviews before an offer was presented and while it wasn't the right fit for me at the time, I feel that anyone would be lucky to be part of this organization.

Interview
Overall really great interview process. Spoke with the hiring manager via google meet and also spoke with the CEO. Both were incredible transparent and pleasant to speak with and really painted a great picture of the role, company and it’s mission.
