Easy-going and chill. My manager and the former operations head were pleasant to talk to and it allowed me to reveal my personality. There was also an exam to assess my skills in PR and feature writing, which I aced.

Interview
First step was with the digital manager who was quite nice and knowledgeable. Questions were all related to my work exp and the job i'm taking on. Second step was with the hiring manager who wasn't as warm as expected. Questions were about myself and expected salary. I didn't receive a callback anymore.

Very fast interview process. Expected in an agency. There were 3 stages in the interview; Initial, HR, and Final. It all happened within the day and I started working the following week.
