Process was straight forward and fair. Questions in each stage of interview were relevant to the role and prior experience/qualifications. Multi-round interviews from solo, to panel, to with VP - but overall not excessive or lengthy.

Interview
Interview at their office with Marketing Manager and CMO. The interview went quite well and the individuals conducting the interview were pleasant to speak with. Unfortunately it's an organization who manages hiring without an HR Department, so there was absolutely no follow-up after the interview. I imagine I wasn't the only candidate who was 'ghosted', which shows no respect for the prospective candidate.
