Very good interview process. You get to meet most of the people you get to work with. A bit long but it does assure both sides that it is the right choice.

First a call with the recruiter call. After that a role-play and last round was an interview about past experiences and company culture. It was a quick process. A lot of short interviews though but very doable.

Interview
Personio is a company focus on human resources, however they treat the applicants very bad. They call you for an interview, they tell you that you are a good match for the position and you will be called for the next interview but then you do not know anything else from them. This happened to me twice. I do not recommend apply for any job to work for them.
