The selection process typically includes an online assessment followed by two to three technical interview rounds, a managerial discussion, and an HR interview. I passed two technical rounds, but I was declined after the manager round. During the interview with the manager, he was having an argument with his wife (unknowingly not on mute), and the interview came to an abrupt end within just five minutes. Despite attempting to contact HR about the matter, I did not receive a response.
