      .NET WPF Developer Interview

      Feb 7, 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Persistent Systems in Feb 2023

      Interview

2 Technical Rounds. 1 round was good, moderate difficulty. Provided good actionable feedback. 2 round was hard, it felt like the interviewer had already decided to reject. Scenario based questions and he wouldn't get satisfy. Seems like he wanted exact same answer like he will deal with situation. Only if I can read mind. After interview he suggested I should consider different field.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Round 1. Singleton and Static, Solid, const vs read-only, oops concepts, basic wpf concepts. Basic Design Pattern. Round 2. Situation Based questions but very unrealistic scenario like client has reported issue but will give no other feedback and will decline a meeting. How to solve the reported issue.
