Interesting concept - offer their client's free information regarding how to do IT things. Big on social media. They use all the tools - Facebook, blogs, tweets and the alike. The interview process took over a month. I meet with the head of network and the engineering director at my first meeting. Then had to meet the entire staff so they could vote on if I was to be presented with an offer. I found almost everyone to be enjoyable and warm
