There were 2 interviews, one in which we discussed my experience and what the company was about. For the second I was asked to do a short research assignment related to what we discussed in the first interview and present my findings. The interviews were very open ended and discussion oriented, I felt I had space to demonstrate what I knew well as opposed of a more or less predefined set of questions which was appreciated.
