GD and role play and 2 interview rounds, with the MD and the Regional Sales Head, It was seamless and resume based, easy questions and about the company. overall judgement and culture fit is important
it was good, the interviewer was very comforting. it wasnt disturbing like many off my friends faced in other companies. i had a an enriching experience at perch technologies. overall it was a great expierence
