Pepper Lunch interview questions

For a position involving multiple senior stakeholders, it was surprising that no one else was available to proceed with the discussion. Candidates often take time off from work or make personal arrangements to attend interviews, so sudden changes reflect a lack of consideration for their time. This experience raised concerns about the company’s internal coordination and respect for candidates during the hiring process.

Very quick and in person chat with the store manager. Discussed expected duties and training for the position. Also discussed what the compensation would be and benefits to be provided.
