People Management Partners interview questions

A phone interview with one of the junior staff members. Talked through the usual experience and competency questions. It was promised that I would be informed of the outcome by a certain day, and then I was ghosted. There was no update, which left me to "presume" I was unsuccessful. While this is a regrettable, although, not uncommon practice amongst some employers, for an HR consultancy hiring one of their own it is simply unacceptable.
