This was a rigorous interview process with three stages from a call with a recruiter to two rounds of interviews with various team members. Three interviews total. Team members were friendly and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions of them as well.
Overall positive, though after 2 rounds of interviews I didn’t appreciate the impersonal no-reply rejection. I agreed it wasn’t a fit, but would have appreciated an opportunity to thank them for their time.

Interview
The interview took roughly 40 minutes, the Customer Experience Lead and Manager of CX interviewed me. I would say it was a so-so interview with personality questions, situational and technical questions about the CX job. I was nervous but confident about my previous experience in an eco company.
They mentioned at the end that there would be another interview before the job offer. I was surprised I had received the offer within 7 days (they were thankfully very prompt).

They asked me about metrics and how my boss would rate me as an employee, plus how I would rate myself.
