A very smooth and professional interview process that moved quickly. I appreciated the fast turnaround and great feedback at the end of it. The process involved a recruiter phone screening, then an interview conducted over video, followed by a 3-hour writing task involving 6 creative questions, which was the most challenging aspect, simply because it was a lot to deliver in a short amount of time.
