Interview
The first online interview was fairly standard. Then I went to the branch, and it was the worst interview I have ever taken part in.
The CEO was dismissive, grumpy, rude, and downright unpleasant. I was not even offered a glass of water to start with, which was unusual. He called my questions irrelevant and could not even look at me when I was speaking to him. It was a blessing in disguise that I did not get the role, as I would hate to work for someone like that. It came across that he is like this with everyone, so I did not simply catch him on a bad day. He is just unpleasant, full stop.
If anyone thinks I am just annoyed that I did not get the job, I received an offer from a top firm within the month. This is simply a warning to my fellow graduates looking into property.

Interview
The HR lady I spoke to was genuinely lovely and made the whole process feel positive at first. But when it came to the interview with the Chief Executive at Crystal Palace (head office) the vibe completely changed. He barely acknowledged me, didn’t smile, didn’t make eye contact, and acted like he had somewhere better to be. The whole thing felt rushed and dismissive, and it honestly put me off the job straight away.
I also couldn’t help noticing the team was not diverse at all, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable.

Interview
Interviewer had a passive aggressive style and seemed rushed to finish with no real interest in what I had to say. Branch I interviewed in had stains on carpet and was not offered a drink unlike some of its competitors. First impressions are very important!
