Started with one 30 mins interview with the in-house recruiter followed by another 30 minutes interview with the Customer Service Manager, then another 30 minutes interview with the VP of CSR. The last step was a full on panel presentation with the previous two and the CEO which lasted around 30 mins. All interviews were conducted online. After the panel presentation I was told I would be informed of a decision as soon as possible. The day after I went on LinkedIn to find the same job had been posted again, yet it took the in-house recruiter 7 days to get back to me with a very generic email someone might send when rejected before any interviews. I’ve asked for feedback but have not received any yet, weeks later. Really disappointing behaviour from a company that claims they treat their employees and clients with respect - 4 interviews and a panel presentation is a lot to ask for an entry level job, and a lot of time and energy goes into the preparation, the least you could do is send a prompt email with some feedback. However, I thought the employees were very friendly and professional, hence my surprise at the lack of communication.
