The interview was completed in the office by the manager and another office personnel. They ensured that I was relaxed and allowed me to speak freely. They were very interested in my background and ensured that I was informed about the job, its description, and requirements. After that, I completed a two day working interview. This allowed both myself and the company to see if it would be a good fit.

Interview
Very quick met with owner directly discussed experience and previous work history. Telephone interview prior to setting up personal interview at main office in Colorado Springs. Telephone interview lasted longer than personal interview which was only about an hour or slightly less.
