An advert for the position was loaded on Linkedin. I applied and submitted the application. The company sent me an email with an interview time on Teams. The interview was conducted by the joint CEO's. Offer was extended.
the interivew was long and irrelevant. they even don't bother to send an email to say they didn't accept my application. the questions were not hard. you get zero feedback there.
