I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Mar 2023
Interview
I applied and got an email for a phone screening within 24hrs, first interview was scheduled immediately. Then was the assessment and second interview. Each interview was about a week apart. I got my offer about 2 days after my final interview. The interview process was difficult in the sense that I’ve never had such an extensive process. If you’re used to lengthier interview processes then it’ll probably be easier! (This was my third time applying after getting denied once for this position and once for a different position, keep trying!!)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Oklahoma City, OK) in Apr 2023
Interview
Initial phone screening involving a description of benefits, normal salary range for the position, and a brief question about why I consider myself qualified for this position, followed by a formal 30 minute interview with two supervisors conducted via Zoom. Next, there was a brief competency assessment relevant to the position sent via email. Finally, there was a second interview of the same length but with managers (though the format and questions asked were virtually the same). After that, I received a job offer which was only contingent on a drug screening and background check. An HR manager called me today and confirmed my application for the job. The first and second interview were both 30 minute segments. The interviewers were polite, but there was minimal small talk and it had a quick-paced and somewhat pressured tone to it; it was somewhat stressful but in an appropriate and non-arbitrary way.

Describe a situation in which you successfully overcame a problem in collaboration with your team?

Interview
There was an initial phone interview followed by at least one online interview with hiring managers. I have been told by another employee that there was a total of 3 interviews. They were paying the minimum amount and expected me to make a lateral move from my current employer, which was something I was not willing to do, so I bowed out of the interview process before the second interview.
