I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom

Applied for position at my college job fair then after got a Hackerrank assignment that was multiple choice. Then you will be emailed to set up for next round which is a technical interview (Coding) following a behavior in the third round if you make it.

Question 1

Technical Interview - Minimum number of operations required to return to the main folder. Easy dont over think it. Prep for strings and array manipulations. I over thought it, lol.

First I took the Hacker Rank assessment. Then I got an email about the Tech Interview. After the interview, after few weeks I got an email from Recruiter. Then I was notified for not being offered for the position. I guess there will be a Final interview after that.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Paycom (Arlington, TX) in Oct 2020

Interview

I went through 2 Paycom interviews. Both the interviews were mostly technical in nature. I was asked to code simple string problems in both of the interviews and simple OOP related questions, but in the end I was rejected on the last interview. My overall experience was great
