So I was blown away (in a good way) by all the initial steps from the recruiter to the hiring manager. I have been in sales for 15 years so I know the right questions to ask. The recruiter was transparent on the base salary right away .. (or so o thought — she said the role base is 73K ) I asked all about travel and she said I would be compensated for it AND reimbursed. Well I got an offer for the job eventually and the recruiter disclosed that “oh by the way 10k of your salary goes to expenses” I was blown away by the deceit.. the recruiter had every opportunity to disclose that during the long interview time frame and didn’t .. it was the principal for me and for that reason I did not move forward with the job. If they are sneaky in the recruiter process.. imagine what kind of stuff they do in the company? Also - after that I was so disgusted by their actions - I out of curiosity decided to read the negative reviews and I strongly believe they are accurate especially when past employees mention the company does sneaky unethical things. BE ADVISED - if u go for this role make sure you have them firmly disclose what’s included
