Very bad experience interview with Paycom, The development team, company culture turn me to accept and sign the offer and refuse two other company offer but they revoke the offer at end of the process make me so disappointed because of the phone interview one confusing question. Even you are an experienced developer more competitive but treatment is not as good as a new graduate from college. 1.Had a phone interview by recruiter which just behavioral. 2.Had an online skill exam base on C# OOP and MySQL 3. Had a two rounds onsite interview with developer supervisor and manager which was behavioral and working experiences also some technical question, handwrite coding. 4. A recruiter calls me to ask the salary range and confirm offer if I commit. 5. I accepted offer and sign, the background check and drug test also the reference check coming. (Beware of this reference check they request 2 of the 5 references are current or past managers/supervisors. Do ask the current supervisor for reference otherwise no way to go if they revoke the offer. which I did because only one employee I work with and now take the consequences for this result). 6. After the background check, drug test and reference check the recruiter calls me to decline the offer because of the budget cant transfer in my working visa. (In the very beginning recruiter question about this are very confuse and irresponsible never ask about my working status or citizenship).
