I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
First there was a phone screen with a recruiter, then an online technical test, then a video chat interview with two supervisors, then an onsite interview with a manager. I would describe both interviews as somewhat technical, but not too much so--they did ask some technical questions, but mostly it was behavioral questions and talking about my experience. After receiving the offer, I then had to provide 5 references (including 2 managers) and do a drug screen, in addition to all the background check stuff.
Everything was fine. But during the tech part of the interview, I noticed the interviewer was very talkative. So I asked ahead of time if I could have 2 minutes to read and process the question before he offered any guidance. He only gave me about 20 seconds and kept interrupting my train of thought. It felt like a boss was standing over my shoulder talking the whole time. I got turned off by that. I let the time run out and ended the interview. Personally, would not apply again but others might not have the same experience.

Question 1
Question about 'what is an abstract class' and some simple SQL questions about joins. Everything was pretty basic.

It was okay. In my case, the interviewer did not seem friendly at all and was hardly interacting. Even though I explained my entire thought process, he seemed to be distracted by other things lol.
