Manager seemed professional and passionate about his job, which is always a good thing. They are a fairly small company compared to ADT, so even if you're in sales, be prepared to also be the one who implements the technology you sell. Also, mandatory meetings on Monday, Tuesday mornings and Friday afternoons sends the message they don't trust their workforce to be working when they can't keep an eye on you. For the eager sales people like they're hoping to hire, that just interferes with calls you could be making in the field. JUST A HEADS UP: If you're over the age of 25 and have children (especially if you're female) don't bother applying. The second I mentioned my young child at home, his whole demeanor changed. Saw the sales staff and would be shocked if any of them were over 30. If you're straight out of college and want no personal life, they pay well and this could be the job for you!
