Interview
The interview process went as this:
- My recruiter reached out to me and we had a very in-depth conversation about the role, the company itself, expectations, and my overall personality in an exploratory way of converversation. In my experience, there was since of sincerity through the process.
- There a total of three assessments with a follow up email and conversation about the outcomes which led to an in-person interview.
- The in-person interview was conversational, but professional.

How do you handle multiple clients with competing priorities?

Our goal is to ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the role, expectations and the organization through open, meaningful conversations. We’re glad the assessments and follow up discussions provided helpful insight and that the in person interview reflected the professional, conversational approach we strive to maintain!
Applied, then was assigned some assessments to gauge various basic office skills and math. Had a good interview with the recruiter. Came in to the office with a manager that would not be over my team and was a last minute fill in.
After the interview I was told I was not a good fit for this role, but instead I should apply to a more sales oriented role. But I would have to start the process all over and work with a different recruiter.
So I resubmitted my resume and the very next day I was rejected without any reason. Such a waste of time.
I was really looking forward to the role and and I like this company.... just not a fan of the hand off process for the other role reccomendation.
