I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PayPal in Mar 2014
Interview
I was referred to our university's recruiter for PayPal and sent her my resume and cover letter. She then contacted me for an interview, which I had with a design director. The interview was very casual, where he informed about the work of PayPal and where they are as a company. I then moved onto a second round interview with another design director, who told me more about the company and how it is a great place to work. I was then contacted by the recruiter with an offer.

Interview
I applied to a position and attended an in person in person interview. Interview was at 10 am but was in the lobby waiting until about 10:20 am. Two and a half hours into the interview it was cut short and I was told that I did not have the right culture fit. I was disappointed because they told me this as we were walking to grab lunch in the cafe. It was a strange and rude interview.
