I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PayPal

Interview

Lengthy and slow. Too many rounds of interviews which could have been combined into one since they people involved belongs to the same unit. Waiting time for the results are too long as well. Had to reach out multiple times to the recruiter

Started off with a screening with the recruiter and then a call with a team member, followed up with the manager. The process took a long period of time (2-4 weeks) and the feedback was very slow. I didn’t receive feedback at the end of it and I followed up with the recruiter a few times.

1) HR Interview - Questions to know more about the role. 2) Hiring Manager - Questions to understand If there's a fit with the experience and the needs of the position. 3) Team - About 2 or 3 Interviews with specific and simple Questions about the role. After the whole process there was not any feedback.
