A recruiter reached out to me to set up an initial call to discuss a senior product manger position. After speaking to them they handed me off to another recruiter to set up another interview with a hiring manger. They messed up the interview timing and had to reschedule for the following week. The interview was behavioral and was pretty standard. It took over two weeks for the recruiter to get back to me with a rejection. The interactions with the second recruiter and the hiring manager were cold and unprofessional at times. I would have expected more organization and a streamlined process from such a large company.
