standard leetcode, ML system design and behavior questions. each team process depends a lot on hiring manager's style of hiring and interviewing, had a really good interview with senior leader but not so great with younger and middle manager

Took the initial Programming technical interview as practice despite not wanting the commute or the significant pay cut it would entail. Interviewer was professional, but if a company wants to ask questions like this without giving any interview prep, they should at least be offering competitive pay.
