Interview
Three step process. First they make sure your experience is genuine and that your expected compensation, work permits, communication etc are all set. They will interview you twice. Not sure why they don't interview as a panel. I guess they give second chance in last round as they ask you questions that you didn't answer in previous round. So make sure you write down the questions you didn't answer satisfactorily.
