I recently applied for a frontend developer position and went through the hiring process with Passionate People, and I must say it was one of the most positive experiences I've had in my career so far. The process was incredibly fast, taking only about one week from the first call to the offer. It all started with a very enjoyable casual talk with one of the co-founders. We had a great conversation, and it set a positive tone for the rest of the process. This was followed by a technical interview with the other co-founder, during which I was asked a few live questions about fundamental JavaScript knowledge, arrays/strings, and function manipulation ...etc. Later on, I had the opportunity to visit the office and meet some of the people there. The office itself was nice and located near AMS Centraal, easily accessible by transportation. The employees I met were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. In the end, I was extended an offer. However, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I couldn't accept the position at that time. I had to decline, but I wanted to express my gratitude for the positive experience I had throughout the hiring process. Overall, my experience with Passionate People was highly positive, and I would certainly consider applying again in the future.
