Interview
Pason came to my university for the career fair, where I handed in my resume. Then I got two rounds of phone interviews, and finally the onsite interview. During the interview process, their manager directly contacted me, and confirmed the schedules with me. The first phone interview is about software engineer basics, the second one is coding.
The interview was 2 hours total with the first hour as behavioral and the second hour was technical with a short break in-between

Phone call with HR with standard personal information questions followed by in person ehaviour interview with 2 software managers followed by technical interview with 2 software developers. Technical interview had some whiteboard questions and some oral short answer.

Half behavioural questions, half technical. Interviewers were nice and welcoming and the interview it self was not challenging or stressful. Technical questions are not too hard either. The behavioural questions were not to challenging either.
