Pason Systems Interview Questions

The interview was a pleasant experience, there was a behavioral and technical portion. The interviewers asked how I would act in certain situations, what my work-style is like etc. There were a couple of questions in the technical portion, they asked me to write a simple algorithm, assessed my knowledge on certain data structures, and general problem solving.

Interview with two of the managers, took about ~90min. Mostly behavioral questions, some theory, and one leetcode style question. Managers were great and provided a super relaxing interview that felt more like a conversation.

The interview process was unpleasant. The manager is a woman who is sexist towards other women. She commented on my attire, saying that I was dressed too nicely and basically told me that I can't dress like that if I want to work there. The interview was about an hour, followed by a writing assignment. The manager sat there and watched me complete the assignment. When I wanted to use the restroom, she followed me because apparently they think it's a security risk. Yes, I really want to steal your dollar store soap.

First round was online questionnaire and they ask for the expected salary in the last question. They still called me for the 2nd round of an interview knowing that their company cannot pay the expected salary. After an interview they kept me on hold for the couple of weeks for the next update . During that wait time, HR called me to wait for sometime as other candidates were being interviewed and started negotiation on the expected salary as their company standard is some XX amount to which I negotiated a bit. No offer post that.

Initially got a call form the recruiter who described the position and gaged my interest. Then I recieved an invite for a video interview which I had to completed in timeline of 5 days. The interview was One-Way Video Interview with 10 questions, and for most questions no limit for number of recroding retries.

Talked about my experience mostly . Had an analytics problem to be solved beforehand. Very friendly and understanding interviewers. They were Knowledgeable in the field. Talked about my work experience. Talked about my project experience.

I was asked to apply for this position by one of the recruiter who works there. So I applied. After waiting for 2-3 weeks, I got no response so I follow back to this person. She doesn't even reply to my messages now. They just ask you to apply to increase there number. Please don't apply if people like this ask you. it will just waste your time.

Fairly in depth with technical and behavioral questions even from the recruiter stage. Asked a lot of System Design and Architecture type questions. Interviewers were respectful and cordial. Panel interview had four people including the hiring manager of varying levels of experience shooting questions back and forth.

Phone call with HR with standard personal information questions followed by in person ehaviour interview with 2 software managers followed by technical interview with 2 software developers. Technical interview had some whiteboard questions and some oral short answer.

Interview involved whiteboard problems including solving algorithmic problems and system architecture. The interviewers were great and very helpful people! They even gave me tour of the offices during the interview showing that they really care about having a collaborative space to work in!
